Site Engineer
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities to meet project timelines, quality standards and project budget/profit maximization.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address challenges and optimize project workflows
- Monitor site safety and compliance with relevant regulations and safety protocols
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, plans, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with the project management team to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Diploma in Buildings Construction related disciplines
- Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply as junior Site Engineer/ Supervisor
- Proficient in project management tools and construction software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
